About CR Technology
CR Technology was incorporated in 1982 after completing a development project with Aavid Engineering, which led to the introduction of a thermal interface pad, using Grafoil.
Originally CR Technology, Inc. manufactured the thermal interface pads for TO3 type transistors and for TO5's.
This family business grew from supplying die cut thermal pads to cutting hundreds of different materials for the electronics, industrial and medical industries. CR Technology, however, always remained a supplier of technical materials.
Many companies boast of having a fast turnaround as one of their specialties, CR Technology truly meets this commitment by shipping 80% of our orders within 3 days of receipt of order, if the material is available, even if tooling needs to be built. In cases where material is not available, it is normally one day after receipt of material.
CR Technology is in the position to give technical assistance to help make material selections. Because of our long-term processing of high tech materials and knowledge of the Industry, we are able to provide the type of help Engineers look for.
