Thermally conductive silicone interface pads provide exceptional thermal conductivity and dielectric strength. Thermal interface materials (TIMs) are designed for use in applications requiring reliable performance, low contact resistance, long life, low maintenance and high thermal conductivity. CR Technology offers a wide variety of thermally conductive pads also referred to as gap fillers. These materials are available in both silicone and non-silicone formulations. EVERTHERM pads offer an endless range of thermal conductivity, softness and thickness. They are naturally tacky and can be cut to any size or shape for easy installation.
